Graphics Lab Gets Full Time Assistant
In the past, students have had to limit their use of the Graphics lab to times when an instructor was available. No longer. The College of Technology has hired a full time graphic designer and lab assistant to run the Graphics lab. Ella O'Neal is professional designer with a wide range of experience in the business world. She first received a degree in Psychology from Texas A&M, then went back to school at the Art Institute of Houston when she realized she would rather make art than try to tell people how to solve their problems.
She offices in the Graphics lab, which is now open for business 40 hours per week. We believe Ella's experience and “insider information” of the tips and tricks of real-world graphic design with be a helpful resource to our students.
